EmailVerify.NET is a low overhead, highly optimized assembly, that needs the Microsoft .NET framework version 2.0 (or newer) to run. Part of its high performance is gained using low level Win32 APIs to query DNS servers, so it requires Microsoft Windows to work correctly (it is not supported under Mono on Linux, for example).
Supported versions are: Windows 2000, XP, Vista, Server 2003, Server 2008, Seven.

EmailVerify.NET can be used from any environment supported by .NET 2.0, including: Windows Forms and Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) applications, ASP.NET web sites and applications, console applications, class libraries, components and web services.
